i like the colors and how you used her hair to make a halo around her uplifted hand and indicate a wing.
together with the poem, i read it as follows: her hand over her bleeding (is it bleeding petals? or are these stylized drops?) heart is the "rusted-together anger", the old bad feelings, and her upstretched hand is the "hope-hand" so to say, together with the indicated wing.
what id critsize is the traffic signs in the background - i think they distract a little, as symbols are meant to grab and hold our attention and link them immediately to a certain rule. in this picture, they serve as a backdrop, which might just not have been a lucky choice. they take my mind off whats happening to her and to what they might mean, why they are there, etcetera...
aww, but its such a beautiful picture! *bows*
